If you did not receive a 911 address, please send an e-mail containing the following information to dejones@woodcounty911.com:
- Residents Name
- Phone Number
- Secondary Contact Number (Work #, or possibly Cell #)
- Current Address for the Structure
- If structure did not have an Address, advise "New Physical Address"
- Give directions to the structure needing a 911 address
